For over 30 years, I have been studying different modalities of healing while stumbling painfully along my own path of self-discovery.  I  eventually began to realize that removing false identities and connecting with the more authentic self are essential, even critical, for creating a beautiful life.  Without this integrous inner relationship, mortality is just doggy paddling in the swamp. From this perspective, you can successfully overcome obstacles and trauma, set meaningful goals, develop healthy relationships, and create a clear path toward the life you desire.  Life can be experienced with more ease and peace!
